SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
General shipping info: Depending on size/weight, Our products usually ship with UPS or Fedex. Orders placed before 2pm PST will ship the same day. If you prefer to use your own shipping company or have an existing account from another service, please contact us before you order. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and other U.S. Territories: Please expect significantly slower ship times to states and territories outside the continental U.S. Shipping to Canada: Canadian shipping fees calculated automatically at checkout. All other international orders: Shipping costs to overseas locations is determined strictly by weight, not the quantity of items ordered.
To return an item, it must be in its original unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. We pay all shipping costs of a return is a result of our error and you are exchanging it for the item you ordered (i.e. received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
